    Gloucester Township Fire District No. 5 is a body corporation dedicated to fire prevention and suppression for the residents of Gloucester Township Fire District No. 5.  The said body corporate shall have the power to acquire, hold, lease, sell or otherwise covey in its corporate name such real and personal property as the purposes of the corporation shall require.

    The mission of Gloucester Township Fire District #5 is to protect the citizens, visitors, properties and business owners of Gloucester Township and our neighboring communities through professional emergency services of suppression, education, and prevention whenever and wherever needed.

Our goal is to provide the best public service through innovative training, education and equipment. With hard work, determination, and teamwork we will advance the Gloucester Township Fire District #5 into the future. We will continuously adapt to the changing needs of our community while delivering a cost-effective and efficient Fire Department. We are dedicated to honoring our values, achieving our mission, and reaching our goals.
