Shall The Commissioners of Fire District No. 5 in the Township of Gloucester, County of Camden, New Jersey be authorized to expend the amount of $700,000 to acquire land located at 1773 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville, NJ 08081 and the building located thereon and to renovate same, and to issue $700,000 in bonds and bond anticipation notes to finance said project?

NOTICE OF SPECIAL FIRE DISTRICT ELECTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF FIRE DISTRICT NO. 5 IN THE TOWNSHIP OF GLOUCESTER, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by The Commissioners of Fire District No. 5 in the Township of Gloucester, County of Camden, New Jersey that, at a special election, the legal voters of the Fire District will be asked to authorize the amount of seven hundred thousand ($700,000) dollars to acquire land located at 1773 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville, NJ 08081 and the building located thereon and to renovate same, and to issue bonds and bond anticipation notes to fund such acquisition and renovation.  The special election will be held on September 12, 2026, and polls will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The legally qualified voters of the Fire District will vote on the following Ballot Question at the polling place identified below:

The polling place for the special election shall be the Gloucester Township Fire District #5 Firehouse, 1781 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville, New Jersey 08081.
